White Holes (Virgo) Lure walk-through, completed in 1:13.6

The best strategy I’ve found for Lure is to build up enough units to trigger the white hole as quickly as possible. This strategy requires that your opponents cooperate by not developing too fast and not spreading too far.

Walk through

  1. From 0:00 to 0:17, double your initial planet and capture the single planet adjacent to you.
  2. From 0:18 to 0:47, wait until you have enough units to trigger the white hole. The slower your opponents develop, the longer you can wait. Getting to the 45 second mark should be enough to trigger the white hole.
  3. From 0:48 to 0:54, use all of your units and trigger the white hole.
  4. From 0:55 to 1:00, peel units off of the bottom of the white hole so you can use them against the green side, The units going to the top are already positioned for using against orange.
  5. From 1:01 to 1:05, when your opponents finally send units from their back double planets, attack and destroy them.

From here you just need to destroy the remaining planets. You want to do this in a way that prevents your opponents from capturing additional planets.


Supernovas (Hercules) Terminus walk-through, completed in 1:44.5

The strategy for Terminus is simple, double your initial planet and then capture the six single planets adjacent to the supernova. After that, all you’ll need for a really good time is good timing and a little luck.


  1. From 0:00 to 0:02, double your initial planet.
  2. From 0:03 to 0:20, capture the closest of the single planets protecting the supernova. I always start with the top planet, the bottom should work just as well.
  3. From 0:21 to 0:41, continue by capturing the next two planets on the top. Since orange is going to capture a planet that will destroy some of your units, start sending units from your double planet to the center of the six single planets, when the units get there redirect them to the planet you are capturing.
  4. From 0:42 to 1:02, stop sending units from your double planet as one of your opponents will capture the center planet that will block the units. Finish capturing the remaining three planets protecting the supernova.
  5. From 1:03 to 1:09, build up your units on the left most single planets. This is to have the units ready to attack and to discourage your opponents from attacking these planets.
  6. From 1:10 to 1:18, in this video, orange is attacking the center double planet owned by green. When this happens send units from your double planet and your top row of single planets up towards the top orange planet.
  7. From 1:19 to 1:23, since green has just sent its mass of units into the center planet, position units from your double planet and the bottom row of single planets to a position near the bottom green planet.
  8. From 1:24 to 1:25, orange is sending its mass of units to attack the center planet so go ahead and destroy the next orange double planet.
  9. From 1:26 to 1:31, destroy the bottom green double planet. While doing this also attack and destroy the remaining orange double planet.
  10. from 1:32 to 1:37, attack and destroy the two remaining green double planets.

There are only two planets left to destroy. Be aware when one of your opponents has a partial capture they can take advantage of. In this case green has a partial capture of the center planet. For this reason the green planet needs to be destroyed first.

Classic (Pegasus) Infinity walk-through, completed in 1:47.7

You want to capture the entire right side of Infinity. This is easier and quicker to accomplish if orange is slow to develop. The slow development of orange enables you to capture all of your planets prior to orange promoting its initial planet to a double. This is the key that will allow you to do away with orange and be ready for your other opponents.

Walk through

  1. From 0:00 to 0:03, double your initial planet.
  2. From 0:04 to 0:19, capture the planet just to the right of the orange planet. What you want to happen here is for orange to wait until you capture this planet before it moves to capture a planet of its own. If orange makes a move too soon, when the planet is less than 80% captured, I start over. If purple and green do anything other than capture the planet to their left, start over.
  3. From 0:20 to 0:28, capture the next planet.
  4. From 0:29 to 0:35, the planet to capture here depends on green and purple. If green captures the leftmost planet, you’ll need to capture the planet just to the left of your initial planet instead of the one captured here. The reason is that purple is likely to use units from both of its planets to capture the planet just to the right of its initial planet. If that happens it is likely it will make a move to capture the planet on your side of the screen.
  5. From 0:36 to 0:43, capture the last unoccupied planet on your side.
  6. From 0:44 to 1:05, destroy, capture and promote the orange double planet. At 0:54 purple sends a mass of units to its rightmost planet. This planet can attack you, so you need to reinforce that planet as you continue attacking orange with units from your other planets.

What happens from this point is too variable to describe. The time accomplished in this video is due to green and purple attacking each other instead of just sitting there building up units, which seems to happen regularly.

Speed (Monoceros) Envoy walk-through, completed in 1:54.0

This strategy is very similar to a previous one. For Envoy, as so many other levels on Auralux the objective is to get your opponents to do what you want them to do, which will in turn make it easier for you to defeat them. What you want in Envoy is to get orange and green in the top right enclave fighting each other, and prevent purple from sending units to the bottom left enclave.


  1. From 0:00 to 0:32, double your initial planet and then capture all of the single planets in your enclave. Ideally, you want all of your opponents to do nothing up to this point. Most important though is that purple does nothing. If, as in this video, orange or green leave slightly before you finish capturing your last planet, that is okay. If your opponents don’t cooperate, start over.
  2. From 0:33 to 0:35, attack the double planet in the bottom left enclave that is closest to purple. When you do that purple should give up on that planet and instead start capturing planets in its own enclave.
  3. From 0:36 to 0:41, as soon as purple starts capturing planets in its enclave, capture the moving planet just entering your enclave from the right.
  4. From 0:42 to 0:52, time to destroy and capture the orange double planet.
  5. From 0:53 to 0:59, now send units to attack your moving planet just entering the top right enclave. This is to prevent an opponent from attacking you. In this video there isn’t much chance of it being attack. If the mass of green units had arrived to capture its planet while the moving planet was in the enclave, it is likely that it would have captured the moving planet also. When the moving planet leaves the enclave, double your planet.
  6. From 1:00 to 1:09, send your units towards the moving planet about to enter the purple enclave. If you don’t do this, purple will capture the planet and a really good time will be impossible.
  7. From 1:10 to 1:16, attack the double planet closest to purple in the bottom left enclave. You want to close that planet off from purple. With that closed off, hopefully purple will attack the orange planet just entering its enclave from the top.
  8. From 1:17 to 1:27, send all of your units to the purple enclave. Don’t attack one of the purple planets, just send the units to a point beyond the purple double planet, since that is the first planet you will be destroying.
  9. From 1:28 to 1:32, destroy the purple double.
  10. From 1:33 to 1:35, if you believe you have enough units heading to the purple enclave, start sending any of your new units towards the top right enclave. Start using your units to destroy the remaining planets in the lower right enclave.
  11. From 1:36 to 1:40, as you continue destroying planets in the lower right enclave, send all of your new units towards the top right enclave. At 1:39 when orange destroys green, I start sending all the new units towards this unoccupied planet. this is to prevent orange from capturing this planet.
  12. From 1:41 to 1:54, destroy the remaining planets in the purple enclave while sending units towards the unoccupied planet in the top right enclave. When those units arrive at the top right enclave, destroy the remaining orange planet.

You can see in this video that I barely had enough units to destroy the purple planets. There have been quite a few times that I didn’t have enough units to finish off purple, which really messes up the chance for a good time.

Gamma Rays (Perseus) Deadlines walk-through, completed in 1:05.4

Deadlines can be won exactly when the first gamma ray burst comes through. The way to get this time is for each opponent to not have enough units left to capture a planet when their planet is destroyed by the burst. If the number of units an opponent has left plus the number of units they have already partially captured a planet with is one hundred or more, then the game will go on till you get that under one hundred.

Walk through

  1. From 0:00 to 0:02, double your initial planet.
  2. From 0:03 to 0:35, your only objective at this point is to prevent either opponent from capturing another planet. The planet they will attack are the double planets adjacent to your position. If either opponent captures the planet, start over.
  3. From 0:36 to 0:49, when you get within 30 seconds of the gamma ray burst, your opponents will stop sending units towards a planet that will be wiped out by the burst. Now you want to get a mass of units sent to a point near each of your opponents.
  4. From 0:50 to 0:54, now you need to degrade the partial captures your opponents have on the planets adjacent to you.
  5. From 0:55 to 1:05.47, here is where it gets busy. You need to use the attack and release method on each opponent to get them to promote their planet to a double. Then send that mass of units to a point past each opponent so your units will be destroying the units around their planets. While doing this you still need to be sending units to degrade the partial captures you opponents have on the planets adjacent to you.
